Phone owned for more than a year

Its overall a good phone. Ive had it for 3 years, the only problems with it is the battery length, camera, and the charger keeps falling out. Also cant find very phone cases that match it. I have the k20 phone case. The only thing that i cant use is the button to turn down volume. I think the problem is just that ive used it for a long time.
